It can be an overwhelming process to find a therapist. It takes a lot of strength to ask for help and it is amazing that you are here. I work with adults, couples, and adolescent navigating relationships, parenthood, career challenges, shame, low self esteem and the infertility/postpartum period. People often come to me during life transitions hoping to form new and healthier patterns. They often describe feeling stuck, unmotivated, anxious or depressed and revert to unsuccessful habits. I will work with you to create a space where we can safely explore your thoughts, overcome obstacles and build a more fulfilling life.
