We do this by forming a trusting and caring relationship within a safe and secure space. I am a licensed clinical social worker that has focused strictly on mental health counseling for 14 years. I graduated from Adelphi University with a graduate degree in 2014. I look to help you identify your strengths and apply them so that you can increase your knowledge of self to live to your full potential and achieve your desired outcomes. We do this by forming a trusting and caring relationship within a safe and secure space. I support clients to explore their habitual beliefs and behaviors that have been causing personal distress and/or relational problems.
