I work with neurodivergent folks (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, deep feelers, sensory-sensitive souls) who are tired of pretending and ready for therapy that actually fits. This is a space to unlearn shame, get curious about how your brain actually works, and start living in a way that makes sense for ALL of you, not just the parts of you that make others comfortable.
