Many of the women I work with are doing everything for everyone else while quietly running on empty. I specialize in working with caregivers and women who feel they are carrying too much for too long. Burnout, anxiety, depression, and identity loss often show up when your own needs have been placed last. Therapy can be a place to finally exhale, feel understood, and begin reconnecting with yourself without pressure or judgment.
