I have worked with people from all socio-cultural-economic demographics. My work focuses on helping client's identify patterns in their lives which do not serve them positively. Emotional, intellectual, psychological and behavioral habits develop in childhood. We are often unaware of how these habits affect our decisions and overall ability to choose constructively. I will help to explore and modify thoughts, feelings and behaviors which challenge a happy, healthy lifestyle. I have worked in many different areas of therapy. I use a multitude of therapeutic modalities. My specialties include couples, families and individual therapy. I have extensive experience with mood, personality and autism spectrum disorders, with vast experience in adolescent and family/relationship dynamics.
