About

I am a licensed mental health counselor in both MA and ME with over 20 years experience, offering counseling to adults, children and families. I have a great deal of experience with working in educational settings with children and families, and have expanded my work to include adults. By creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, we focus on creative solutions together. Taking the first step of seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I hope to provide a space and support to assist clients with creating joy and balance in their lives and relationships.
