For over 20 years, I have worked as a therapist, guiding individuals on their journeys toward healing and self-discovery. I believe we live in a society that often muffles our voices at work, at home, and in our relationships. When your voice has been silenced for too long, it’s easy to lose confidence in yourself and your sense of direction. My goal is to help you rediscover your voice, allowing you to express your authentic self to the world. Together, we will learn to listen to your inner voice and trust where it’s trying to guide you. As you embark on this journey, you’ll begin to uncover your unique path toward self-discovery I draw from client-centered, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches, integrating techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy. You will learn about your attachment style and the onset of your developmental crisis. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. You set the pace, and I help guide the process.
