Integrative behavioral health care specializing in BPD, PTSD, and trauma integrative (tm) treatment. Founder and Clinical Director of an integrative, holistic behavioral health collective, I support adults who experience emotional intensity, trauma-related symptoms, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates trauma integrative care, attachment-based therapy, and W-DBT to strengthen emotional regulation, self-understanding, and more secure relationships. My training includes advanced education in BPD treatment through Harvard Medical School, and McLean's Hospital's Good Psychiatric Management. Many emotional and relational challenges are interconnected. My approach focuses on building a strong foundation for emotional regulation and stability while supporting growth and lasting change. Care is integrative and holistic, drawing from cognitive, behavioral, and neuropsychotherapy approaches to support the whole person and promote meaningful wellness.
