It is my passion and privilege to work with women who have experienced traumatic events. Whether stemming from childhood trauma, abuse, betrayal, or significant life changes, this pain often manifests as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. Even with our best efforts to make changes, these obstacles can feel difficult to overcome. Healing isn’t always linear. Some days feel harder than others—overwhelming and uncertain. These moments are part of being human, and you don't have to navigate them alone.
