Hello, I’m Lisa, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and over 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. My career has taken me through various environments, including corrections, hospitals, schools, outpatient programs, and private practice. I specialize in helping individuals cope with a range of issues, including trauma, addiction, adolescent mental health, anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management, paraphilia, and more. I believe these struggles, while deeply personal, can often affect many areas of life, such as relationships, work, and overall well-being. My approach to therapy combines psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-informed methods. I believe in the power of self-exploration to uncover underlying patterns and develop practical skills for managing life’s challenges.
