My goal as a therapist is to help individuals find effective ways in which to lead healthy, happy and successful lives. My clinical perspective is collaborative and open, using an individualized approach to treatment in order to focus on the personal strengths and styles of each client. I am experienced in working with older adolescents and adults in a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, developmental, grief, health, work and school adjustment, relationship issues, family conflict, and parenting.
