I am an experienced and compassionate clinician dedicated to providing trauma-informed and weight-inclusive care to all ages. I was drawn to eating disorder treatment because this issue resides within the intersection of social justice and mental health. In eating disorder therapy, my goal is to help you feel like you can get your life back. I am particularly successful in treating ARFID because I value autonomy for my clients and like to come up with creative solutions for healing. I practice from a Health at Every Size perspective and support clients in making peace with their bodies, regardless of size or shape.
