I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). It is my honor to walk through each of my clients' journeys with them as they heal, find themselves, refine themselves, and/or begin to live their authentic selves. My approach to therapy is eclectic as I believe not just one approach works for everyone. My first approach to therapy is person-centered to meet you where you are at and what you need. I utilize an emotion-focused approach and psychoeducation to help you begin to process emotions that you've found too hard to do on your own.
