As a psychotherapist who has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, I believe therapy doesn’t have to be mysterious or full of jargon. You’re not here for fluff — you want real change. My job is to help you get there. I am a straightforward but compassionate DBT and grief-informed therapist. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy-informed strategies and Mindfulness into my practice to help clients with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
