As a licensed mental health clinician and registered drama therapist, I believe the therapy space can serve as a rehearsal for life. I have been practicing in community-based mental health for 3 years with additional work completed in inpatient hospital and school-based settings. Across my time in mental health, my main focus has been individuals age 18+ who have experienced trauma using an integrative approach of expressive therapies and traditional talk therapy.
