I have experience supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse and people struggling with anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I take a down-to-earth approach and value the privilege of getting to know the little things about each client—their sense of humor, their moments of wildness, their successes, and their challenges. My treatment approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, and I fully believe in the power of laughter and humor in the therapeutic process.
