I am a licensed mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health counseling. I hold additional certifications as an ACHE certified clinical hypnotherapist and ACE personal fitness trainer and nutrition specialist. I was the grief and trauma specialist at a well known substance abuse treatment center for 8 years. My areas of specialty include: anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I consider myself a holistic therapist. My focus is on balancing mind, body and spirit.
