Life is hard and at times it can feel overwhelming and difficult to find answers. Therapy should be a non-judgmental space to explore challenges and possibilities and also to work on healing hurts, setting goals, and moving from a place of merely surviving to a place of independently thriving. My role as a therapist is to partner with you and to offer a space to process any areas in life where you may be struggling or would like to grow. It is important to me to maintain a compassionate and supportive environment where you can be genuine while offering different perspectives, guided purpose, and honest feedback.
