I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, build coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples manage a wide range of concerns, including ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, gambling addiction, stress, anger management, and relationship issues.
