Honoring an Existential Philosophy, my aim is to help others live authentically from a place of meaning and purpose while signifying the power of freedom of choice in the most challenging times. Although these difficulties may seem impossible, they provide a chance for a renewed perspective towards an opportunity for learning and growth. I have years of experience working with victims of trauma, providing crisis intervention community policing. I would love to work with individuals, families and First Responders who are looking to reduce stress. My aim is to offer a safe space designed for you to focus on your personal goals.
