I work with adults and older teens (17+) experiencing anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, caregiver burnout, women’s issues, challenges related to new parenthood, military family stress, and substance use recovery. I provide a compassionate and supportive space for caregivers to explore the emotional and physical demands of caring for others—whether it’s aging parents or medically, emotionally, or behaviorally complex spouses or children. I am especially passionate about supporting women through life’s many transitions, from motherhood and career changes to midlife and beyond, helping them find balance, confidence, and renewed well-being
