We don't figure it all out on our own. We will each at some point in our lives experience loss, confusion, and overwhelm. In a rapidly-changing world which is increasingly online, human connection is in and of itself a salve and at the heart of healing. There is no wrong time to enter therapy. I strive to create a safe and compassionate place for us to engage in the spirited inquiry of examining our beliefs, values, dreams and hardships.
