I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist, and my approach is strength based and client centered. Although I mostly use a cognitive behavioral framework, art therapy is something special I offer to my clients knowing it can be a powerful and unique way to process emotions and experiences. Whether a client is going through a challenging life transition, suffer from more chronic clinical diagnoses or have areas of life they want to reflect on to change or improve, I encourage them to reach out for a complimentary consult call.
