Making the decision to seek out help and pursue therapy takes courage! Whatever the issues are that are leading you to take this step, it is a privilege to work with you on your path to healing and recovery. My approach is one of compassion, empathy and nonjudgment, while my clients often say I have a knack for giving them a push when needed. I work best with adults looking to address trauma/PTSD, history of substance use issues, family dynamic issues, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and self-injury. I utilize a holistic lens and often incorportate mindfulness, movement and breath.
