Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have been working with families, children and adults since 2007 in a variety of community, clinic, and telehealth settings. I currently help adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, and relational stressors learn to navigate and find success in their life path. The work I offer clients helps make life seem more manageable and allows each client's strengths to shine. In our first session we will review information from your intake and collected measures to create a baseline. We will discuss what brings you into therapy and we will collaboratively set goals with clients so that your needs and voice are represented in the forefront of the work that we'll do together.
