I work with my clients with an understanding that an individual's lived experience, within a cultural context, is primary to finding tools and solutions that can support a person in their growth. I am client centered and humanistic in my orientation. I work with individuals, couples and families with an understanding of how childhood developmental trauma influences how one engages in relationships to self and with others. I support individuals, couples and families with relational challenges, issues inherent in recovery and provide families with safe containment to explore family dynamics within a Family Systems framework.
