Maybe you’ve been showing up for everyone else, but inside you’re running on empty. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating but you deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My approach is collaborative and empowering. I move gently, but I also help you make real progress. We’ll explore what you’re going through, reconnect with your strengths, and build coping skills to feel more grounded and in control of your life. My name is Lisa, and I work with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I take a client-centered approach and my priority is always creating a supportive environment where you feel respected, understood, and never alone in what you’re navigating.
