I am a Licensed Psychologist with several years of experience with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am co-founder of Nautilus Behavioral Health. I offer therapy, assessment, and educational groups to individuals ages 3 to 24 and their families. I provide services to youth with a variety of difficulties, including ADHD, learning disorders, behavioral issues, anger management, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and problems with life stress and coping. I also help individuals with physical health problems to promote wellness and minimize or prevent the effects of co-occurring mental health conditions. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and I have extensive experience treating behavioral issues, providing parent behavior management training, and teaching coping and problem-solving skills.
