Welcome to the journey of entering into therapy and creating self growth. I have been a therapist for over 20 years and love the work that I do. I have been told my approach is warm and engaging. Its essential to conduct therapy at a pace that is conducive to where the individual wants to travel in their emotional gains. I use an eclectic approach that incorporates mindfulness with a psychodynamic background.
