Life can be unbelievably challenging, but it can also be really beautiful. My goal is to provide a space rooted in safety, openness, honesty and genuine care. As humans we are all incredibly unique, and I strive to collaborate with you to a find a solution that will work well for you. I believe counselors and clients work best as a team, and together we will work to lessen the weight of your past, better navigate the present, and build a healthy and strong foundation for the future. I hope to help you fill up your toolbox, and to encourage you to find the beauty in the wreckage that sometimes is this challenging but beautiful.
