My practice specializes in preconception care through parenting children to the age of 5. This includes reflecting on solo parenting, fertility struggles and loss, the use of donors & gestational carriers, support throughout pregnancy and adapting to the emotional, relational & identity changes of parenting. I work with individuals wanting to focus on finding relief from symptoms of stress, relationship challenges and struggling with current or past trauma. Often my clients have a feeling of fatigue and/or overwhelm, feel on edge, question their sense of self or parenting, and are experiencing a loss of joy or connection to others.
