As a therapist, I specialize in complex trauma, perinatal mental health, and addiction. I believe every person’s experience—especially with trauma—is unique and deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and care. I take a deeply person-centered and relational approach, prioritizing trust and safety before moving into deeper therapeutic work.
