Hello! My name is Lisa Espinoza and I'm a LCSW based in Central California. I like to encourage clients that no matter what they feel or their circumstances, they can improve their lives with the right support and tools. My approach to therapy utilizes CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFBT, Grief Therapy, Solution Focused, and Supportive. I allow the client to set the stage for what they need in their life. I work with them based on their strengths and provide exercises they can engage in to improve their thought lives, better manage their emotions, and overall build their confidence for communicating their needs.
