The clients I have the privilege of working with are children, teenagers, young adults, middle aged adults, couples and families. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, anger, family dynamic issues, relationship issues, low self esteem and adjustment issues. I help clients identify their needs in which they are lacking that are causing symptoms, help those that feel stuck, process unresolved experiences and emotions as well as gaining clarity. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. My therapeutic approaches are Strength Based and Person Centered. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy & Family Systems. I have completed Level I & II Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher & Social Emotional Learning Facilitator.
