I'm passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, find healing from the past, and live a rich and meaningful life. I will create an environment where you can breathe and let go of the weight you are carrying, drop the protective armor, and deeply examine and reflect on what is underneath. Together we can challenge old, unhealthy beliefs that have been holding you back and carefully replace them with healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others.
