As a psychologist with over 30 years of private practice experience, I understand what it means to commit to change and begin the process of therapy. I know that if you have reached out to me, you want to address whatever feeling or behavior is getting in your way and preventing you or a loved one from living fully and moving forward freely. My training includes psychodynamic, interpersonal and cognitive approaches, at both graduate and post-graduate levels, and my role is to listen and understand how best to tailor and apply what I have learned to what you need.
