As your therapist, I will provide a warm and supportive counseling environment where we will begin to work through any current or past challenges or stressors that have led you here. Therapy is most effective when you feel safe and validated as you open up about your life experiences. Through my candor, use of humor, and interactive feedback during sessions, I aim to do just that. My scope of practice includes working with individuals who may experience various forms of anxiety, low self-esteem and those in the neurodiverse and Autism communities.
