I believe that everyone can be successful, and that success looks different for everyone. I am passionate about empowering clients to learn and utilize REBT skills so they can deal with their anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders inside and out of individual and group sessions.
