Hi there! I'm Lisa Hardekopf, a Certified Eating Disorders Associate with over 20 years of experience. I've worked extensively with teens and adults, addressing eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, substance abuse, and OCD. I am passionate about making therapy more approachable and effective through creative and thoughtful interventions, utilizing a variety of expressive forms of therapy for those times when talking isn't quite enough. My therapeutic approach is creatively tailored to each individual, and infused with warmth and humor. I also offer innovative animal-assisted therapy with my therapy dog and/or my horse!
