I work with all ages of clients: adults, adolescents and children older than 6. My adult clients generally have a trauma or grief background and are ready to stop letting their past define their current lives. I do work from a Story Informed Trauma Therapy approach with EMDR, and together, we look deeply into your stories and begin recognizing patterns that were once very helpful, but now no longer working. By understanding why you made past choices, my clients find that they can begin to transform unwanted thoughts and behaviors into a healthier way of life. With children, I focus on grief, anxiety and life issues related to kids.
