I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist providing a welcoming, safe, supportive and accepting environment for (age 18+) young adults, middle-aged and older adults to create a path to healing, self-acceptance and change when faced with difficult life transitions, stress, anxiety disorders, depression/ mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, emotional, physical and sexual trauma, narcissistic abuse, family and relationship issues, grief and loss and women's issues. My work with clients is individualized person-centered and compassionate and combines the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with aspects of DBT, Attachment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, SFBT, Crisis Counseling, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, Relaxation, Guided Imagery and Breathwork and EMDR
