Hi, My name is Lisa Hornak and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked in various capacities as a therapist outside of private practice including a hospital, non-profit agency, university, and corporate. I have worked with survivors of child abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and bereavement. I have two teenage daughters who keep me on my toes. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, forensic interviewing, and Windows Between Worlds.
