'Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, courage is that quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.' Dealing with life's challenges requires a great amount of strength and courage. Whether for you or your child, sometimes the most courageous act of all is asking for someone to help you during the difficult times. My hope is to be this person for you as your therapist.
