Many people I work with have spent years surviving, functioning on the outside while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or emotionally burdened on the inside. They often recognize patterns that no longer serve them but struggle to change them on their own. What they are seeking is not another quick fix, but deeper healing, clarity, and a sense of alignment with who they are becoming. They are ready to understand themselves more fully and move toward intentional, empowered living. My ideal clients are adults who feel overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in self-defeating cycles, or weighed down by addiction or past trauma.
