Hello. I am Lisa McLaughlin and I warmly welcome you. You are taking the first step to work on any issues, problems or concerns in a non-judgmental and empathetic setting. My belief is that no matter what the presenting issue may be, we all need validation, connection and a deeper understanding of our particular life experiences. Through this understanding we can increase self-image, self-worth and self-awareness. My approach with clients is first and foremost to connect, understand and validate so further growth and development can be achieved in the therapeutic process. I have over 35 years' experience as a licensed social worker.
