As a child & family therapist, I guide families through meaningful change. I help parents move from feeling concerned and frustrated to optimistic and empowered. Children move from lost and alone, to secure and loved. I focus on communication and relationship building, supporting families by increasing their effectiveness in these areas. Parents and youth experience increased mutual respect, understanding, and empathy, creating opportunities for communication, validation, and problem-solving, in a safe environment.
