Life can be challenging, and I am here to help. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York, and I assist teens and adults in living healthier lives. My areas of interest include but are not limited to: early professionals seeking clinical supervision hours, women's issues, college students, living with symptoms of depression and anxiety, mental health stigma in the African-American/Caribbean community, and potential stressors transitioning from youth to adulthood.
