I specialize in working with trauma (a stressful event that shatters ones sense of security in the world leaving them feeling overwhelmed and helpless) using EMDR, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Sandtray therapy, Art therapy and Play therapy. I work with adults, children, and families. I believe in a holistic approach incorporating the mind, body and spirit to heal.
