Welcome! My name is Lisa Kelly. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my master's degree in 2014 and have since then worked with both children and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders. I primarily work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, and trauma spectrum disorders. My therapeutic approach is one of compassion, authenticity, and connection. With that foundation, I help clients through their struggles one day at a time. I strive to help people create more love and compassion for themselves and others.
