I specialize in helping individuals and couples find and sustain healthy habits and improve interpersonal relationships through increased coping and communication skills. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar and borderline personality disorder as well as issues of dependency, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues and self esteem.
